Problems With Your Order

Order Has Not Arrived 

  • Track Your Order.
  • Allow up to the evening of the last date if there is a delivery date range.
  • Orders with multiple items may be shipped from different warehouses and arrive in different boxes on different dates. Each box will have a separate tracking progress bar in Track Your Order.

Making Changes to Your Order

Because we start to process your order as soon as you click Place Order, we cannot make changes after it is placed. You may send a cancellation request, but this can not be guaranteed once an order has been placed.

If your order hasn't shipped yet, it may be possible to cancel your order.

Received Incorrect Item

If the item you received is not the item shown on your order in Your Account, you can return it for a refund or replacement.

Cancel an Order

We start processing your order as soon as you click “Place Order
It may be possible to cancel your order during processing but once it moves to the shipping process, it cannot be canceled.

How to Cancel an Order?

If you've changed your mind about an order you've just made, you can request that it's canceled within an hour of your purchase as long as we haven't dispatched it yet. If it's been longer than an hour, you can still contact us and ask if we can cancel your order for you. contact@superdealszo.com
